1. Please take out your Exploring Africa Web Journals and think about the words you chose in the writing exercise at the beginning of class yesterday. Why did you choose those words? Why did you choose those images? Where have you seen or heard them before?
Write answers to these questions in your journal. A class discussion will follow.
2. What questions do you have about Africa?
Record your questions in your journal for the next few minutes. A brief class discussion will follow
